What the $99 monthly care plan includes.
Keep Alive covers the recurring operational tasks needed to maintain your website. We monitor availability, maintain certificates and backups, apply updates where applicable, and carry out the monthly health check.
At $99/month, the plan includes uptime monitoring, backups, core and plugin updates, SSL maintenance, and a monthly health check. The care is matched to the platform: an edge-delivered Astro site and a WordPress installation do not need identical maintenance tasks.
Hosting, domains, and deployment maintenance.
The environment needs to fit the application. Our WordPress work uses managed infrastructure suited to the site, while Cyber Edge projects use static builds and edge delivery. Domain records, certificates, caching, and deployments connect that infrastructure to the customer-facing experience.
The monthly health check reviews the running website and identifies issues that need attention. If a repair or improvement falls outside routine care, we discuss the work and agree its scope separately.
WordPress recovery and repairs outside routine care.
Routine maintenance and recovery from a broken or compromised website are different jobs. Keep Alive does not include a guaranteed emergency response time or every possible repair. If the site needs work beyond routine maintenance, the scope is discussed separately.
Our $500 WordPress rescue triage begins with authorized access to the WordPress and hosting environment. We assess the incident, preserve available data, and work on the failure preventing the site from operating. Redesigns, forensic reconstruction, and deeper repairs are quoted separately.
Standard triage does not include rewriting third-party software, obtaining replacement licenses, or implementing replacement functionality. Missing access, deleted infrastructure, and incomplete backups can require a separately scoped reconstruction. Share the site URL and symptoms when contacting us; access is arranged for the engagement rather than pasted into the public form.
Monthly plans for local SEO and content.
If the priority is maintaining the site, Keep Alive is the starting point. Pulse at $297/month adds Google Business Profile work and one small search-led improvement to an existing page. Growth at $997/month adds a monthly page work unit and the other listed search and conversion work.
Website builds and monthly services are separate. You can discuss the care the existing site needs without bundling it into a new design project, or plan the ongoing service while a new website is being built.

Does Keep Alive include emergency support?
It includes routine maintenance, monitoring, backups, SSL, and a monthly health check. It does not include a guaranteed emergency response time. Recovery and repairs outside routine maintenance are scoped separately.
Can you maintain a website you did not build?
We can review the existing platform, access, dependencies, and condition before agreeing the scope. Work needed to bring an existing site into a maintainable state is discussed separately.
Does an Astro website need care?
It has a different maintenance profile from WordPress, but its domain, deployment, certificates, forms, dependencies, and content still need ownership. We match the ongoing tasks to the actual website.
Are design changes included every month?
Keep Alive is routine care. Pulse includes one small change to an existing page each month, and Growth adds a defined page work unit. Larger redesigns or feature changes require their own scope.
