A good experience includes you.

The website is designed to make exploring, reading, and getting in touch comfortable across devices and ways of navigating.

Built to work in more than one way.

Navigation and controls support the keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link. The service-area atlas has a searchable text directory and ordinary links to the city guides. You do not need to use the map to find a location. The portfolio viewer supports Escape to close, arrow keys to change captures, and Shift with arrow keys to change projects. Focus returns to the project you opened.

Page content is available as standard HTML before JavaScript runs. Interactive controls enhance that content. Forms have persistent labels, required-field instructions, and visible submission feedback.

Motion stays optional.

The site respects your device’s reduced-motion preference. Decorative motion is removed when reduced motion is requested. The homepage also provides a pause control. There is no autoplay audio, forced scrolling, or custom cursor.

Room to improve.

WCAG 2.2 AA guides the implementation. Automated checks and manual browser review help identify issues, but they are not a claim of formal certification or universal compatibility. Third-party verification tools have their own behavior.

If a page or control gets in your way, email info@bayareawebs.com. Include the page, the task you were attempting, and any device or assistive technology details you are comfortable sharing. You can also use that email directly if the contact form is difficult to use.
