Who operates this site.
Bay Area Webs is a web design and development studio serving the San Francisco Bay Area. For questions about your information, contact info@bayareawebs.com.
When you start a conversation.
The contact form asks for your name, email, project message, and optional business, website, service, and budget details. When sending is configured, these details are sent to the Bay Area Webs team through MXroute so the team can respond to your inquiry. Your inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or advertising list.
Please include only what is useful for discussing your project. Do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. The form does not save drafts in your browser’s local storage.
Verification and infrastructure.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare processes website requests and associated technical data as part of delivering and protecting the site. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to verify submissions. Turnstile loads when you interact with the form, after a basic hidden-field spam check passes; its verification may process browser and network information.
When you submit, the server verifies the Turnstile response with Cloudflare. It checks your request and sends the message only after successful validation. Server error logs are designed to use request identifiers and error codes rather than message content or credentials.
Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and MXroute’s privacy information for their provider practices.
Tracking and cookies.
We use Google Analytics to understand website visits, pages viewed, and how people use the site. Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions and collects information such as browser and device details, approximate location, and website interactions.
Your light or dark appearance choice is saved locally in your browser. We have not configured custom analytics events to include contact-form messages, names, or email addresses. Cloudflare and its security services also process technical information needed to operate and protect the site.
Read Google’s privacy policy and Analytics data safeguarding information for Google’s practices. You can manage cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Access, correction, and deletion.
Inquiry details are used to discuss and manage the conversation or resulting work. Contact info@bayareawebs.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of the information you supplied. The team may need to retain records associated with active services or recordkeeping obligations. No fixed automatic deletion period is claimed here.
