About business email
Mailbox limits and pooled storage.
The $19/month Mail plan includes up to ten mailboxes and 10 GB of pooled storage. The $29/month plan includes up to twenty-five mailboxes and 25 GB of pooled storage. That allowance is shared across the domain; it is not a fresh storage allowance for each individual mailbox.
Both plans include webmail, maintained email authentication, and one mail incident each month. Additional storage is $10/month for each extra 10 GB. We start with the accounts you actually need and the volume of mail they already hold.
Mailbox migration fees and free-move conditions.
Before a migration, we review the current provider, mailbox sizes, access requirements, and cutover needs. The business should know which mailboxes are moving and when the new setup becomes the active one. Keep the old service available until the move and the agreed checks are complete.
The free-move offer requires every mailbox to be under 10 GB and twelve months of Mail paid for. Otherwise, the move is priced per mailbox according to its size. Mailboxes from 10 through 25 GB cost $50 each to move; those over 25 through 100 GB cost $100 each. Larger mailboxes and under-10-GB moves outside the offer receive a separate quote.
Email authentication for your domain and senders.
Your domain may send mail through the team’s mailboxes, a website contact form, a booking tool, or a newsletter platform. We need to understand those senders when planning the domain records, so one change does not quietly disrupt another part of the business.
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC help receiving systems evaluate mail from your domain. Maintaining them is part of the service. Message content, sender reputation, and recipient filtering also affect delivery, so correct configuration is not a promise that every message will reach an inbox.
Help with an existing email or workspace provider.
If your business already relies on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, or another provider, we can scope provisioning, domain configuration, or migration for that environment. You do not need to change the way your team collaborates just to get help with the setup.
External workspace subscriptions are separate from the Mail plans. Send your domain, current provider, approximate mailbox sizes, and the changes you need. We can then discuss the setup or migration scope.
Business email questions.
Is the storage allowance per mailbox?
No. The storage is pooled for the domain. The $19 plan includes 10 GB shared across up to ten mailboxes; the $29 plan includes 25 GB shared across up to twenty-five mailboxes.
When is migration free?
Every mailbox must be under 10 GB, and you must pay for twelve months of Mail. Under-10-GB migrations that do not meet those conditions receive a separate quote.
What if one mailbox is exactly 25 GB?
A mailbox of exactly 25 GB falls in the $50 migration bracket. The $100 bracket applies to mailboxes over 25 GB through 100 GB. Mailboxes over 100 GB require a separate quote.
Will you guarantee our messages reach the inbox?
No. We maintain authentication records and the agreed mail setup. Inbox placement also depends on content, sender reputation, the recipient’s provider, and its filters.
