Ecommerce and booking websites for Bay Area businesses.

We design and build online stores and booking experiences, including product or service pages, scheduling, payments, and confirmations. Each project receives a fixed quote after we agree the transaction flow, integrations, and administrative needs.

What we can deliver.

A fixed quote for your scope
  • A mapped path from discovery to purchase or booking
  • Product or service information designed for real decisions
  • Agreed payment, booking, and calendar integrations
  • Responsive shopping or reservation interfaces
  • Defined content and operational responsibilities
  • A launch review of the agreed transaction flow

Ecommerce, memberships, bookings with custom requirements, and bespoke integrations are scoped separately from the Starter and Standard website packages.

About stores & booking

Define products, booking rules, and payment requirements.

A product with size variations, an appointment with limited availability, and a charter booking each create different questions. We work through how the offer is selected, which information the customer needs to provide, and what happens after payment or confirmation.

That conversation reveals the requirements that affect the build: product options, deposits, scheduling rules, delivery information, cancellations, confirmation messages, and the systems your team already uses. We identify the decisions your business needs to make before the interface turns them into assumptions.

Product and service pages that answer purchase questions.

Good commercial pages answer practical questions in the order they arise. What is included? Which option fits? What does the customer need to bring or prepare? When will it be available? What happens if their plans change? Clear information reduces avoidable uncertainty before the form or checkout appears.

We bring the visual identity into product and booking pages without hiding the task. Photography, descriptions, options, and actions need a clear relationship. Mobile layouts receive the same attention as the first desktop design.

Payment, calendar, and booking integrations.

Our work includes a WordPress ecommerce build for SoulageRx and a Cabos Fishing booking website with BookingPress, Google Calendar, and Stripe. Those are examples of delivered functionality, not a promise that the same tools fit every new project.

We scope the platform, integrations, and administrative workflow for your requirements. Third-party subscriptions, payment-processing charges, and external platform terms are identified separately where they apply. Custom connections need a written boundary so everyone knows what the launch includes.

Review the complete purchase or booking flow.

We review the complete transaction flow: choosing an item or service, entering customer details, reaching the agreed payment or booking stage, and checking the confirmation. We also check unavailable choices, missing information, validation feedback, and corrections.

The finished scope includes an agreed delivery timeline. Ongoing product management, new integrations, store expansion, and monthly care are discussed separately, so the website can grow without blurring the original project.

Stores & booking questions.

Is ecommerce included in the $3,500 Standard package?

No. Ecommerce, memberships, and bespoke integrations require a separate fixed quote. We define the catalog, transaction flow, required integrations, and administrative needs before pricing the work.

Can you build a booking site instead of a product store?

Yes. Booking and scheduling can be scoped around the service, availability, customer information, and payment requirements. The portfolio includes a delivered booking experience with calendar and payment integrations.

Can we keep our current payment or booking provider?

Often, but the provider’s available integration methods and your intended workflow need review first. We will identify what is possible and what requires custom work before agreeing the scope.

Are payment fees and software subscriptions included?

External platform subscriptions and payment-processing fees are separate unless the written proposal explicitly includes them. We identify those dependencies while scoping the project.
